- SJ Res. 58 - Repeal of the DOE final rule on gas furnace efficiency standards
- S. 4072 – Legislation that would prohibit the use of funds to implement, administer, or enforce certain rules of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), specifically preventing them from creating a de facto EV mandate
119th Congress
- HJ Res 20 – Repeal of a DOE rule increasing energy efficiency standards for consumer gas-fired instantaneous water heaters
- HJ Res 35 – Repeal of an EPA rule establishing a methane fee for oil and natural gas production, processing, transmission, and storage
- HJ Res 104 - Repeal of a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) rule restricting energy production on more than 1.7 million acres of land in Montana
- HJ Res 105 - Repeal of a BLM rule that would block access to 99% of coal deposits and 44% of federally owned oil and gas resources in the state of North Dakota
- HJ Res 106 – Repeal of a BLM rule restricting energy production on more than 3.6 million acres of land in Alaska
- HJ Res. 124 (216-209) – Overturning a BLM rule limiting production in the National Petroleum Reserve.
