Minnesota Paid Leave Launches Employer Toolkit

The Minnesota Paid Leave Division recently launched an Employer Toolkit to help business owners understand the obligations associated with the new 24-week, $1.5 billion paid family and medical leave program: Employer resource toolkit / Minnesota Paid Leave.

While the program does not launch until January 1, 2026, it’s important for small employers to understand how Paid Leave program requirements will impact their workforce and business operations.
