Chicago’s minimum wage is rising to $17.05 on July 1
Chicago’s minimum wage will jump to $17.05 per hour on July 1, 2026.
For tipped employees, the tip credit is 24% following the Chicago City Council’s vote to delay its scheduled phaseout.
