Nicole Riley
NFIB/Virginia State Director

Nicole Riley was selected as state director of NFIB/Virginia in 2011. 

She previously worked as a lobbyist in the Richmond office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC.

Riley, who holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Roanoke College, began her career as a legislative assistant to Delegate R. Steven Landes. She was a legislative policy analyst under then-Attorney General Jerry Kilgore and special assistant for legislative affairs under then-Attorney General Bob McDonnell.

In addition to representing the interests of NFIB/Virginia members before the General Assembly, Riley oversees NFIB’s grassroots activism, political involvement and member development efforts throughout the commonwealth.
