In the 2012 legislative session, we will:
Continue to fight for workers' compensation reform, including making claims information private. That would help discourage trial lawyers from filing unnecessary litigation
Continue to defend state’s “right-to-work” status by opposing union service fee legislation
Oppose tax increases on small businesses, including expansion of the sales tax on services, fight efforts to eliminate worthy small-business sales tax exemptions, and encourage fiscal responsibility in state government.
Stop mandates that drive up the cost of health insurance.
