The presidential candidate recently participated in a nationwide TeleForum with owners from across the country.
Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush spoke with small business owners from around the country Nov. 17. In what The Business Journals called “the small business interview for president,” the former Florida governor spoke to six business groups, including NFIB, about his policy stances that included key issues such as taxes, regulations and healthcare.

In the TeleForum, Bush expanded on his stance about simplifying the tax code and reminded owners that Florida created more jobs than any other state during his time as governor. He also expressed his plans to decrease regulation and put decision-making power back into individual states’ hands.
Following the fourth Republican debate, Bush stands in eighth place for the Republican nomination, New York Daily News reported.
