A final state budget agreement and key policy details hang in the balance.

“This is Ashley Ranslow, NFIB’s New York state director, with a legislative update here from Albany. New York state budget negotiations are finally nearing the finish line, and the state budget is expected to come in at nearly 270 billion, a whopping increase from just six years ago, when the state budget was 193 billion. And while the price tag is huge, the good news is that NFIB was able to stop any broad-based tax.”
