NFIB Wisconsin PAC Endorses Judge Brad Schimel for the Wisconsin Supreme Court

March 13, 2025

The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Wisconsin’s political action committee (PAC) announced today its endorsement of Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Brad Schimel for election to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

“The decisions and opinions of the Supreme Court often impact Wisconsin’s small business community,” said NFIB Wisconsin State Director Bill G. Smith. “Judge Schimel believes the proper role of a Supreme Court Justice is to interpret the law, support the state and federal constitutions, and apply the law as written but guided by judicial restraint and respect for each branch of government.  Based on his experience, judicial philosophy and qualifications small business owners believe Brad Schimel is the right choice to serve on Wisconsin’s Supreme Court.”

Election Day is Tuesday, April 1. For more information on voter registration and other FAQs, visit the My Vote Wisconsin website.
