NFIB Wisconsin Applauds Passage of Workforce Recruitment Grants

Wisconsin State Budget will contain tax relief for small businesses

The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) State Director, Luke Bacher, released the following statement in response to the approval of Assembly Bill (AB) 279 on today’s calendar:

“On behalf of thousands of small businesses in the state of Wisconsin, the NFIB applauds the passage of Workforce Recruitment Grants.  Many small businesses in our state are facing a workforce shortage.  AB 279 would help to address this issue by creating talent recruitment grants.  Attracting households from other states to relocate here in Wisconsin would help businesses that are facing a labor shortage.”
