TAKE ACTION: How Would a Paid Sick Leave Mandate Impact Your Business?

  • For employers with less than 20 employees: workers may earn up to 5 days of sick leave per year
  • For employers with 20 or more employees: workers may earn up to 7 days of sick leave per year
A one-size-fits-all Paid Sick Leave mandate would be difficult for small business owners as they deal with labor shortages and historic inflation. CLICK HERE to share how a paid sick leave mandate would impact your business.
