The topic: What the flood of new rules and regulations coming out of Washington mean to small business.

There are over 3,000 new regulations in the pipeline, and over 700 of them are aimed squarely at small business.

The luncheon will be at Fat City Grill, 3721 E. Johnson Ave., Jonesboro. The cost to attend is $15 and is payable at the door.
