NFIB Attends Governor DeWine Bill Signing

Last week, Governor DeWine signed Senate Bill 33 into law, legislation that allows employers to post certain state labor law posters online. The idea of electronic state labor law posters was brought to the General Assembly by NFIB member Jim Mullaney, CEO and President of Edoc Services, Inc.

NFIB State Director Chris Ferruso and NFIB member Jim Mullaney attended the Governor’s bill signing.

“We are thrilled to see Ohio embrace digital innovation with Senate Bill 33,” said Jim Mullaney, CEO of Edoc Service told ABC 8 News. “This law empowers businesses to meet compliance requirements efficiently while adapting to the needs of today’s workforce. Our ePoster platform is designed to make this transition seamless, ensuring Ohio employers remain compliant with ease and confidence.”
