“The composition of the Supreme Court has enormous implications for small business and the economy. In cases involving regulatory enforcement, private property rights, and labor disputes, we expect Judge Gorsuch to decide based on the facts and the law. The Supreme Court is the last line of defense for small business, and it will be stronger with Justice Neil Gorsuch.”
