NFIB Members Recognized as Heroes in Jacksonville
Pat Partridge, owner of Partridge Well Drilling Co Inc., and
his team of employees displayed heroics in west side Jacksonville in April.
Outside of the business, an altercation arose between a
young man and an off-duty undercover detective. After hearing gunshots, Partridge
and his team rushed to the scene where they tended to the officer’s medical
needs and helped get his teenage son to safety. The Partridge Well team proved
to be key witnesses in the case.
Later, Partridge Well Company was honored by the Fraternal
Order of Police with a plaque and painting, recognizing their heroics following
the events that took place outside of their gates.
Partridge Well Drilling Company is a sixth-generation family
business and a 16-year NFIB member, joining NFIB back in 2000.
Heroic actions like those of Partridge and his team
exemplify how business owners, and NFIB members, are leaders in the community.
“These are the heroes we work with every day,” Denny Axman, NFIB/Florida
District Manager, said of the Partridge Well Company.
