Court Vacates Workers' Comp Rate Roll-out

Statement by NFIB/Florida Executive Director on today’s Leon County Circuit Court ruling on workers’ comp:

“Today’s opinion on workers’ comp is just another
tactic by the unscrupulous trial bar to put blinders on the legislature, and
conceal the ridiculous fees they extract from the workers’ comp system.”
