NFIB To Participate In Town Hall Debate on Prop. 206

NFIB/Arizona State Director Farrell Quinlan is one of four panelists invited by Arizona State University to discuss Proposition 206 on the November ballot.
NFIB members and other small-business owners can attend free of charge.
Proposition 206 asks Arizona voters if the state’s minimum-wage rate should be increased to $12 an hour by 2020 and if paid sick time away from work should be made law.
Joining Quinlan for the Town Hall debate are Professor Ken Jacobs from the University of California Berkeley, labor activist Anabel Maldonado, and Jim Rounds, economist and former senior analyst with the Arizona Joint Legislative Budget Committee. Professor Vince Waldron from the ASU School of Behavioral Sciences will moderate the debate.
