issues affecting Kentucky’s small business.

1. Tax reform to allow limited-liability corporations (LLCs) to
deduct indirect costs from the cost of goods sold. NFIB position: Yes

    top-to-bottom review of tax policies” affecting small businesses but
    didn’t address our question.)
