Second Tax Amnesty Program Could Free Your Business from penalties, fees

260,000 corporations, small business and individuals who owe the state more than $500 million have until Nov. 16 to save on costly fees.

Owe unpaid taxes to the state of Indiana? 

Then you’re in luck: Tax Amnesty 15 allows businesses and individuals to pay back taxes without penalties, interest and collection fees.

According to Indiana Department of Revenue Commissioner Andrew Lossack, 260,000 corporations, small business and individuals who owe the state more than $500 million have until Nov. 16 to save on costly fees. 

Some of the eligible tax types include:

  • Sales

  • Withholding

  • Corporate Income

  • County Inkeeper

  • Financial Institution

  • Food & Beverage

State lawmakers authorized the program during the past legislative session, and is the state’s second, after the 2005 version of the program.
