In the beginning the business was marred by slow growth and
personal sacrifice, with owner Allen Schall only receiving his first real
paycheck five years after opening up shop. Since then, Schall and Off Contact have
never looked back. Now the business has fifteen employees, three separate business
locations and a service radius of 250 miles.
While Off Contact continues to look toward expansion, Allen sees
significant challenges on the road ahead. Not only is Off Contact facing
increased digital competition and slow growth in the economy, but the business
has also had to deal with numerous intrusions from seemingly all levels of
government.
