4-5-203(a)(2), state agencies are required to convey effective notice to
persons who are likely to have an interest in the proposed rulemaking.
The public hearing will be held on June 11, 2015, at TDOT’s Regional Office on
Centennial Boulevard, and the public comment period will be held open until

pass legislation several years ago that enables this option of actual
notice. You can set this up with many agencies by providing your email
