NFIB Indiana goes on the radio for key legislative races

Date: October 13, 2014

Things are heating up in several legislative districts in anticipation of the upcoming election, and NFIB is actively working to support our legislative friends.  This week, Indiana State Director Barbara Quandt recorded two radio ads for incumbent legislators Representative Martin Carbaugh in Fort Wayne and Representative Cindy Kirchhofer in Indianapolis.
The 60-second ad, which can be heard on WOWO 92.3 and WIBC 93.1, states:
“Opportunity, It’s what the American Dream is all about.
I’m Barbara Quandt, Indiana State Director of the National Federation of Independent Business.  NFIB is the largest organization representing small business and we are proud to serve nearly 15,000 members here in Indiana.
Small businesses create the vast majority of the net new jobs. That’s why it’s so important to elect leaders who understand the challenges entrepreneurs face as they work to start and grow a small business. Too often, government makes this even more challenging with higher taxes and needless regulations.
Fortunately, we have leaders like State Representatives Martin Carbaugh and Cindy Kirchhofer who look out for small business owners.  Martin and Cindy have worked hard to ensure local businesses can thrive– not just survive.  Martin Carbaugh and Cindy Kirchhofer voted to cut taxes on small business and they have fought to stop wasteful government spending.
NFIB is proud to endorse Martin Carbaugh and Cindy Kirchhofer because they will stand up for Indiana’s job creators and provide economic opportunity for all Hoosiers.”
Representatives Carbaugh and Kirchhofer are just two of the candidates endorsed by NFIB for this election.  Please refer to your NFIB Indiana Voter Guide to review all candidates that have been endorsed.  More importantly, be sure to VOTE on November 4th!
