WATCH: Where Do the Georgia Senate Candidates Stand on Small Business?

NFIB/Georgia hosted its 24th annual Small Business Day at the Capitol on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the 755 Club at Turner Field.

The agenda included a forum featuring six of the candidates running for Georgia's open U.S. Senate seat. Watch the candidates' opening remarks below, or click the candidate's name to skip to his or her remarks:

Eugene Yu was unable to attend the event. Points of Light CEO Michelle Nunn also was invited but declined to participate. The panel was  moderated by Dick Williams, an NFIB member, host of The Georgia Gang and editor of the Dunwoody Crier.


"What do you see as the biggest challenges small businesses face with the implementation of Obamacare?"

"If elected, how would you vote to reduce the regulatory burden [on small businesses]?"

How are small-business taxes different from those of large corporations?

"Explain how an increase in the minimum wage ... will affect the ability of the small business to hire and create jobs?"
