Join the Des Moines area Employers’ Council of Iowa as they host Jo Ellen Whitney, with the Davis Brown Law Firm. Jo Ellen primarily practices in the areas of employment and health law. This is an interactive session that will address both common issues and new developments in employee discipline, communication and termination.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Identify disciplinary triggers
- Develop strategies for employment concerns
- Discuss various scenarios specific to their industry
