Bag tax: Community Cleanup and Greening Act

This legislation would force businesses to charge a five-cent fee for each disposable carryout bag provided to a customer and
divert a portion of the funds towards community cleanup and greening efforts.  This bill died in committee during the 2014 legislative session.
