Nevada’s economy stands to suffer if Congress fails to keep the 20% Small Business Deduction in the federal tax code from expiring next year, according to two reports issued late last week.
For some, preventing the 20% Small Business Deduction in the tax code from expiring next year is a simple matter of fairness.
The numbers are in and show Utah a big winner if Congress acts to make the 20% Small Business Deduction a permanent feature of the U.S. tax code instead of letting it expire at the end of 2025.
Depending on Congress either letting the 20% Small Business Deduction in the federal tax code expire or be made permanent, Montana’s economy stands to suffer or benefit big, according to two reports issued late last week.
