Vermont already has one of the highest tax burdens in the nation. Governor Scott believes the “last thing we should be doing is making it worse… and should be a last resort, not a first step."

Urge legislators to sustain Gov. Phil Scott’s veto of increased taxes!

Vermont small business owners are facing rising costs and labor shortages, all while still recovering from the pandemic. Yet lawmakers in Montpelier this session passed millions of dollars of new costs on to you to establish new programs. Send a message to your lawmakers NOW, urging them to support Governor Scott’s veto of H.217, done in an effort to save you from more tax increases!
