NFIB CA PAC calls Northern California-area Assemblyman a friend of Main Street not just in words, but also in deeds

The political action committee for California’s largest and leading small business association has endorsed James Gallagher for reelection to his Northern California-area 3rd Assembly District seat.

The NFIB CA PAC, the political action committee for NFIB California, based its endorsement of Gallagher on his 2021-2022 voting record on issues of importance to small business. Gallagher scored a perfect 100% tally.

“James Gallagher has been an outstanding leader, working with his caucus to hold the line on taxes, rein in out-of-control regulations, and stop lawsuit abuse,” said NFIB California State Director John Kabateck. “He also has led the all-important fight to get the state to pay down its spiraling unemployment insurance debt, the cost of which will ultimately fall on the backs of small businesses. Small businesses have no more effective fighter for them in Sacramento than James Gallagher.”

For 80 years, NFIB has been advocating on behalf of America’s small and independent business owners, both in Washington, D.C., and in all 50 state capitals. NFIB is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, and member-driven association. Since its founding in 1943, NFIB has been exclusively dedicated to small and independent businesses and remains so today.
