South Carolina Small Businesses Endorse Rep. Wilson for Re-Election to Congress
June 2, 2026
COLUMBIA, S.C. (June 2, 2026) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Rep. Joe Wilson for re-election to the United States House of Representatives to represent South Carolina’s 2nd Congressional District.
“Rep. Wilson is a time-tested leader who South Carolina small business owners have always been able to count on,” said Ben Homeyer, NFIB South Carolina State Director. “He has consistently put Main Street’s best interests forward, ensuring that the 20% Small Business Deduction was made permanent. We look forward to continuing to work with Rep. Wilson on behalf of South Carolina small businesses.”
“Rep. Wilson has been a strong small business ally during his time in Washington,” said Louis Bertolotti, NFIB Political Director. “He reliably votes for pro-small business policies and maintains a 100% NFIB Voting Record in Congress. We are pleased to endorse Rep. Wilson for re-election today.”
The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
