NFIB’s Ohio PAC Endorses Supreme Court Candidates, Joining Business Groups

The NFIB Ohio PAC announced the endorsement of Judge Meghan Shanahan, Judge Dan Hawkins, and Justice Joe Deters for election to the Ohio Supreme Court.

“The Ohio Supreme Court is often the last line of defense for small businesses regarding government overreach and unfair regulations,” said Chris Ferruso, NFIB Ohio State Director. “Small business owners need a predictable, stable Supreme Court that will not legislate from the bench. We proudly endorse Judges Meghan Shanahan, Dan Hawkins, and Justice Joe Deters to the Ohio Supreme Court because they have the experience needed to be fair, impartial, and disciplined Justices.”

NFIB joined a group of business groups including the Ohio Business Roundtable, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, and the Ohio Farm Bureau to endorse Shanahan, Hawkins, and Deters. Read the joint business group press release here.
