NFIB Launches New Digital Ad Congratulating Small Business Owner and NFIB Member Erin Houchin on Election to Congress

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Jan. 23, 2023) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, launched new digital advertisements congratulating small business owner and NFIB member Erin Houchin on her election to Congress representing Indiana’s 9th Congressional district. Congresswoman Houchin is one of six newly elected representatives who is an existing NFIB member, joining 19 other NFIB members who are currently serving in the 118th Congress. “As a small business owner and NFIB member, Erin Houchin has created jobs, signed the front of paychecks, and dealt with all the challenges facing Main Street – her experience is desperately needed in Congress,” said Brad Close, NFIB President. “We look forward to working with Congresswoman Houchin to advance pro-small business policies.” Adding new NFIB members to Congress will help ensure issues and policies are looked at through a small business lens. These members can advocate for the issues that impact small business owners across the nation during these challenging economic times.
