California Globe, August 6—State Director John Kabateck teams up with Sen. Brian Jones to jointly pen a guest editorial about the sorry condition of the state’s unemployment insurance trust fund.

The Center Square, July 31—NFIB California Policy Director Tim Taylor is quoted in a story about the ever-increasing payroll tax costs associated with the state not having paid down or off the federal loans it took out to keep its unemployment insurance system running.

The Business Journal, July 31—Columnist Gordon M. Webster, Jr. quotes NFIB California Policy Director Tim Taylor for his story, Bipartisan Relief from ADA Shakedowns Dies in Darkness.

Palo Alto Daily Post, July 22—NFIB California Policy Director Tim Taylor is quoted about Senate Bill 84’s failure to advance in the State Assembly. The measure would have provided a brief period for small businesses to correct ADA violations before being sued.

Radio Bamdad, March 10—The only Farsi-language online radio station in Northern California interviews State Director John Kabateck about NFIB, small business, and the Legislature. The station is run by the Iranian American Cultural and Education Center in Sacramento.
