Make Your Voice Heard: Colorado’s Workers’ Comp Reform

October 29, 2025

There is one more opportunity to join the Division of Workers’ Compensation's (DOWC) virtual listening sessions on HB 1300, Colorado’s recent reform of workers’ comp

Despite NFIB‘s opposition during the Colorado General Assembly’s 2025 regular session, Governor Jared Polis signed HB 1300 into law, a bill that upends the state’s current effective workers’ compensation program. The law takes effect in 2028.

When Governor Polis signed the law, he announced his intention to create a working group to address his and the business community’s concerns with HB 1300.

There is one more opportunity to join the Division of Workers’ Compensation’s (DOWC) virtual listening sessions on HB 1300. These are opportunities for you to make your voice heard. Advance registration is required.
