LISTEN: Small Business Optimism Improves, But Owners Still Have Concerns

Labor quality remains a challenge for many small businesses

NFIB State Director Leah Long went on “WWL First News with Tommy Tucker” on Aug. 13 to discuss the latest Small Business Economic Trends survey.

She told Tucker that small business owners are becoming more optimism about the direction of the economy, although many of them are still have concerns. Twenty-one percent of owners say labor quality is their single most important problem, up five points from June.
