NFIB has partnered with the community colleges on several training programs that help small businesses

The Alabama Community College System will host The Workforce Exchange, a regional Economic & Workforce Development Summit, on Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Birmingham.

The summit will bring together business leaders, elected officials, educators, and community members to highlight new training opportunities, showcase partnerships that strengthen Alabama’s workforce, and discuss ways to prepare for future industry needs.

NFIB has partnered with the community colleges on several training programs that help small business owners meet workforce challenges. This event will build on that work with industry and legislative panels, economic updates, and a discussion on the role of artificial intelligence in the workplace.
