Virginia Endorsements & Voter Information 2019

NFIB Small Business 2019 Legislative Endorsements and Voter Information

“We support the candidates that support small business!”

The state’s leading small business organization, NFIB, announced that its state political action committee, the NFIB VA PAC, had endorsed state legislative candidates running in the upcoming 2019 General Election. The names of the endorsed Senate and House candidates are listed at the bottom in district order.

This year’s state elections are the most critical elections we’ll see in more than a decade for small business owners. In recent years, a tidal wave of bills pushing labor mandates and a variety of other regulatory burdens that would tie the hands of small business owners have been pushed by certain members of the General Assembly.

Be a Small Business Voter this year when you go to the polls or fill out a ballot. Please share this information with your friends, family, employees, and fellow business owners. We need to keep our pro-business legislature so let’s turn the tide in Richmond this year by raising our collective voice during this critical election.

The endorsements were made by the NFIB VA PAC based on surveys and interviews with the candidates on small business issues. In the case of incumbent lawmakers, small business voting records were used as a determining factor.
