Estate Tax Relief SIGNED INTO LAW

Numerous
bills were introduced during the 2014 session regarding the estate tax, ranging from repeal to exclusions. The bill that passed will gradually raise the
estate tax exemption threshold, from the current $1 million, up to match the
federal estate tax at $5.34 million by January 2019.
