Company owner also volunteers time serving on NFIB’s Leadership Council
Steve Rennekamp, owner of Energy Swing Windows in Murrysville, serves on NFIB’s Leadership Council with other business leaders offering support and advice to the Harrisburg NFIB Team. Rennekamp has a wealth of business experience after starting and growing a successful window manufacturing and installation business. And now Energy Swing Windows has just been honored again by the Better Business Bureau with it’s Torch Award for Ethics.
Rennekamp explains his philosophy of delivering quality and excellence in their products and services to valued customers is the key to success. The company’s holistic approach to meet the expectations of employees, customers, and suppliers has created a win-win-win environment. The owner says he focuses on doing “Right Things Right” at every phase of the process.
The relationships Energy Swing has developed with their suppliers has been a key element to the company’s success. They have searched long and hard for suppliers that deliver products, materials, and services of value and integrity. Their suppliers’ support is critical in enabling Energy Swing to deliver long-term solutions to its customers.
“Everyone at Energy Swing Windows is extremely proud and honored to be receiving this recognition, the Torch Award for Ethics, for the fourth time,” says Rennekamp. “It is always nice to be recognized for what you do, but even more importantly, that we do the things that allow us to be recognized. We all work together to have a team of dedicated people that strive to do business differently.”
