Maryland Paid Sick Leave and Minimum Wage - Defeated

Date: April 02, 2013

Legislation that would have raised the Maryland minimum wage to $10 per hour and would have required employers, regardless of size, to provide paid sick leave, has been defeated. The legislation will return in 2014.
