131st Ohio General Assembly Wraps Up

Date: December 19, 2016

A big part of what NFIB/Ohio does is monitor pieces of legislation that impact the small business community. A huge reason our members join us is that they do not have the time to track all of these bills on their own. The 131st Ohio General Assembly wrapped up with the close of the lame duck session a few weeks ago.
In our on-going efforts to keep our 25,000 members updated on the pieces of legislation that we track you can click on the graphic below, and it will take you to a PDF detailing those bills that we closely monitored this past session. It is broken down by category for your convenience. It also shows NFIB/Ohio’s position on the bills we tracked.
You can contact Chris Ferruso, NFIB/Ohio legislative director with any specific questions at [email protected] or if you would like to view the entire bill you can visit: https://www.legislature.ohio.gov/legislation/search-legislation?0
