Executive State Director, Kevin Shivers
Kevin has worked in the state legislative and political process for two decades, 13 years of that on behalf of our NFIB Pa. small business members. He has a deep understanding of the issues affecting your business. Kevin is making sure that we deliver you great value for your membership dollar. He also is making sure that top leaders in our state pick up the phone when NFIB calls and they listen. During his tenure with NFIB more than a dozen bills have passed to help small business in the Commonwealth that saved each company thousands of dollars.

Director, Suzanne Collins Stoltenberg
Suzanne handles communications with our Pennsylvania members. She also gets our small-business message out
to the media and the public. Call Suzanne about any problem you may have to see
if we can help solve it. Suzanne arranges our regional and statewide meetings
and sets up our educational webinars on small-business topics. She creates the content for our NFIB.com/Pa
website, writing stories or shooting videos.

Neal Lesher
Neal, an experienced lobbyist, is working the halls of the Pennsylvania
state capitol to get legislation passed that will help your small business. He’s also working to stop bills that would do
harm. If you find there is a law that is
standing in the way of your business’ growth send him an email. Neal regularly consults our members who
volunteer their expertise on issues such as taxes, workers’ compensation or
unemployment insurance. Neal also manages our political operation, evaluating candidates so that our members know who are the true friends of Main Street.
