NFIB Holds Silver City Round Table

Date: June 04, 2019

Members discuss their concerns, hear from state representative

At a Small Business Round Table, June 3, NFIB members in the Silver City area voiced the concerns they have with trying to run a small business in New Mexico. They were also apprised of what just happened after the recently concluded session of the New Mexico Legislature and what 2020 holds for them.

State Rep. Rebecca Dow joined NFIB New Mexico State Director Jason Espinoza and Grassroots Manager Camille Garcia to hear from small-business owners. “We are a member-driven association,” said Espinoza, “and these Small Business Roundtables, along with the annual member ballot, help us shape our legislative agenda.”

The next Small Business Roundtable will be held June 21 in Valencia County. NFIB members interested in learning more about Small Business Roundtables can send an email to Grassroots Manager Camille Garcia.
