- Are you struggling to keep your business fully staffed? Massachusetts lawmakers have pending legislation to expand leave time.
- Have your labor costs increased dramatically? Legislators have several bills filed that will raise the minimum wage to a whopping $20 per hour while eliminating the tipped wage.
- Did you notice that your energy bills are rising? Policies on Beacon Hill will lead to further increases in your utility bills as the state moves to full electrification by banning certain sources of energy.
Massachusetts is becoming an increasingly expensive state to run a small business, and policies coming from the Legislature are only making it more difficult.
