Maryland's Commerce Department updates "Back to Business" Guidance

Date: June 03, 2020

As Governor Larry Hogan moves towards reopening more parts of the economy, the state’s Department of Commerce continues to update its “Back to Business” webpage.

The page contains updates and best practices for Maryland’s companies looking to reopen during the COVID-19 outbreak. Included on the site are best practices for general businesses as well as specific industries. These best practices combine CDC recommendations and the input of Maryland businesses.

Small businesses can also find the “Back to Business Pledge.” An idea incorporating one of NFIB’s policy recommendations – allow Maryland businesses to highlight the measures they are taking to ensure the safety of their employees and customers.
