Date: March 02, 2015

On Tuesday, February 10 three NFIB members joined Governor Larry Hogan
to announce their support to repeal the state-wide rain tax mandate.
Hogan’s bill would lift the requirement that all counties charge a rain
tax fee and would allow localities to choose to continue charging the
fee. Thank you to NFIB Members Calvin Reter, Wayne Harrison, and Kurt Zanelotti for voicing their support for repealing the rain tax. View Photos from the Press Conference Here
