The Department is also conducting a research study to better understand businesses’ unique needs and the potential challenges presented by the forthcoming paid leave system. Specifically, responses will assist in the development of software designed for the paid leave insurance system, ensuring it is user-friendly, effective, and tailored to businesses’ needs.
