State Asking for Your Input on Workforce Development

Date: August 07, 2020

Small-business owners invited to take a brief survey on expanding Idaho Rebounds program

Idaho’s Workforce Development Council is asking NFIB members for their thoughts on adding a workforce development component to the Idaho Rebounds program and has put together an online survey for them and other business owners to take.

“Your responses to the survey will help us identify the near-term job opportunities that exist within our state and define the fundamental skills required to fill these roles within the next 12 months,” wrote Trent Clark, chairman of the Workforce Development Council. “Once the data has been gathered and analyzed, it will be matched to available training in each region of our state, including virtual offerings. Idahoans will be able to access the training for free. They also will be connected to staff who can help answer questions and expedite applications for training and education.”

The council is asking employers to take the survey by August 14. Click here to begin.

Estimated time: 20 minutes.
