Instead of spotlighting just one member this month, the NFIB/Texas office would like to spotlight and thank all our NFIB members who helped us this 85th legislative session. We thank those who traveled to Austin and participated in our 2017 Small Business Day and marched to the Texas Capitol. We thank those who testified in committees and participated in press conferences and we thank those members who have called our office to voice their opinion and give us feedback on how certain legislation would affect your small business. Without you and your involvement, we can’t do our jobs at the Capitol representing you effectively. We needed you and you were there for us so this month we honor you!
Now, we aren’t done yet. Fighting for small business NEVER ENDS. We love hearing from you and we love getting to know you. In fact, we’ve renewed our focus to get to know you! In the coming months, a quick and fun survey is heading your way. We want to know all about you and want to know how much or how little you want to be involved with NFIB. We want to know what issues you are passionate about. We want to know more about your businesses. We want to know how we can better serve you as a member of our organization.
