Another ranking of business-friendly states, another amazing showing for the Hoosier state.
Indiana ranked first among its Midwestern neighbors as the best state for doing business, based on a survey of 500 CEOs in Chief Executive magazine, and claimed the fifth spot nationwide.
“Over the last 12 years, Indiana has worked to create a world-class economy by passing balanced state budgets, reducing regulatory burdens and investing in the future,” Gov. Eric Holcomb said. “Today’s ranking reaffirms the benefits of our pro-business climate as we work to take Indiana to the next level.”
