New Mexico Employers Must Report COVID-19 Cases—Effective Immediately

New state Environment Department rule took effect August 6

As of August 6, every employer in New Mexico is required to report positive COVID-19 cases to the New Mexico Environment Department within four hours of the employer learning of an employee with the virus.
