NFIB Colorado State Director Tony Gagliardi’s guest editorial in Colorado Politics

Jared Polis’s announcement that he wants to use some of the state’s budget surplus to pay down the more than $1 billion Colorado owes the federal government for loans it took out to shore up its unemployment insurance trust fund.
